Impact

Grad Bag has come a long way from the 30 students outfitted for college in 2012. In 2019, nearly 20,000 lbs. of linens in addition to lots of lamps, rugs, pillows, storage containers, fans, hangers and more were collected from college campuses.   There were Grad Bag "giveaway” events in New York City, Yonkers, Boston, and Portland, Maine where more than 1,700 students were well equipped by Grad Bag for college in the fall. We “relaunched” post-pandemic in 2022 and are excited to be back! We are in the midst of our 2023 season and will outfit students up and down the East Coast.
